2025 Information

2025 Food Vendor Application is now open!

Thank you for your interest in vending at Jazz & Rib Fest, July 18-20, 2025 in Columbus, Ohio!

Jazz & Rib Fest is seeking both BBQ vendors and festival food (non-BBQ) vendors that will provide patrons with a variety of unique food options to enjoy while experiencing three days of continuous live entertainment. To learn more and apply for a food vending space, please complete the appropriate application below.

Applicants must create an account when completing the application, once an account is created, applicants will have the ability to save and return to their application until it is submitted. Once the application is submitted, NO changes may be made without the approval of Event Management. Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis and first consideration will be given to applications received by Monday, March 3, 2025. Notification of acceptance or nonacceptance will be sent by email to all applicants. Incomplete applications may not be accepted.

The following items will NOT be considered for a food vending space:
• Any and All Packaged Beverages
• Soft Drinks
• Bottled Water
• Sports Drinks
• Alcoholic Beverages
